We process the data you submit through the contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and the message content. For spam protection we also process the IP address and the form submission timestamp.
Data may be processed by IT service providers acting on our behalf: our email provider (Resend) and Cloudflare (form protection). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any subsequent business cooperation, and until the relevant limitation periods for claims expire.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
